About the role

  • Take on an entrepreneurial key role with significant scope for shaping the organization.
  • Establish a group-wide AI competence center.
  • (Further) develop the group-wide AI strategy and define an AI roadmap.
  • Identify, evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions to increase efficiency.
  • Manage a company-wide AI portfolio, including external partnerships.
  • Responsible for advancing an AI community as well as training and enablement programs.

Requirements

  • University degree with several years of experience in developing and implementing AI strategies, data science, or similar technology domains within complex corporate structures.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Solid understanding of modern AI technologies such as LLMs, machine learning, RPA, NLP and predictive analytics.
  • Proficiency in matters of data privacy, IT security and compliance requirements.
  • Strategic vision combined with strong operational execution skills and the ability to analyze complex issues.
  • Ability to prepare communications appropriately for management and works council.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, entrepreneurial mindset and a high willingness to drive change.
  • Business-fluent German and English.
