About the role
- As IT/OT Security Manager, you conduct risk analyses and implement the resulting measures within Business Continuity Management (critical infrastructure — Kritis), thereby supporting our sites in fulfilling obligations related to business continuity and risk management under §30 BSIG-E.
- You plan and implement measures to minimize the negative impact of risks and play a central role in optimizing, implementing, and reviewing operational processes.
- In this role you act as the interface between the local business units and the central information security team of the Theo Müller Group.
- You ensure the implementation of external and internal information security requirements, in particular with regard to NIS-2.
- You are also responsible for reporting and tracking incidents, such as unplanned system outages and cybercrime.
- You take on sub-project leadership and contribute to workshops, reporting, and analyses with the aim of ensuring maximum plant availability.
Requirements
- You have completed training or a degree in computer science, information security or a comparable field and have relevant professional experience.
- You bring solid knowledge in risk management and project management.
- Your strong awareness of information security, cyber and operational risks makes you a valuable addition to our company.
- You demonstrate a high sense of responsibility, resilience and the ability to work in a team.
- Confident and communicative proficiency in German and English completes your profile.
