About the role
- Ensure food safety and product quality
- Maintain and further develop the quality management system
- Ensure compliance with quality processes for cheese production
- Conduct internal and external audits, customer visits, and certification audits
- Manage supplier audits
- Conduct internal quality management (QM) training
- Responsible for analyses and product information
- Review product declarations for accuracy
- Maintain laboratory test plans to ensure smooth quality assurance
- Handle customer inquiries and specifications
- Prepare necessary reports, presentations, and statements
- Act as the interface to production, sales, the laboratory, and international customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in food technology, food chemistry, nutritional sciences, process engineering, Ökotrophology, or a comparable field
- Relevant professional experience in quality management, ideally in the food or pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of and proficiency with standards relevant to the food industry
- Working proficiency in English
- Experience with common software solutions (SAP, MS Office)
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Goal-oriented work approach
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- High interpersonal competence in an international environment
