About the role

  • Using your organizational talent and strong communication skills, you coordinate in-person and virtual interviews as well as room bookings.
  • You manage incoming correspondence, respond to candidate inquiries, and act as the interface between the recruiting team, the specialist departments, and candidates.
  • In close collaboration with recruiters, you maintain the applicant tracking system, upload application documents, and enter data in preparation for the hiring process.
  • You support procurement activities related to recruiting and ensure timely processing of invoices, e.g. for job postings, advertising materials, or external recruiting agencies.
  • You actively contribute to the organization of job fairs and other recruiting events and assist with hands-on tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • You have experience in administrative processing or a comparable administrative role.
  • Ideally, you have had previous exposure to HR or recruiting-related activities.
  • You are outgoing and comfortable interacting regularly with applicants and colleagues at various hierarchical levels.
  • Proactivity and a structured way of working are among your strengths.
  • You enjoy gathering creative ideas with colleagues for the next candidate event as much as organizing day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Confident use of common Office applications (especially Outlook and Excel) completes your profile.
