About the role
- Customer Order Management (AS400 / SAP): New and ongoing customer setup
- Daily monitoring of orders to ensure timely processing and alignment with volume expectations
- Issue resolution with customers and internal teams
- Service level reporting
- Proactive action on negative trends
- Maintain Customer Data Files
- Communicate changes (e.g., new stores, SKU changes)
- Represent Customer Operations team in meetings
- Create, review and follow SOPs for the role
Requirements
- Product supply chain and customer service handling experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Numeracy and excellent communication
- Desirable: SAP / AS400 / COGNOS experience and FMCG supply chain knowledge
- Soft Skills: Problem-solving, resilience, ability to manage priorities under pressure and a proactive team player
