About the role
- Responsibility for application support and training of key users.
- Support in system configuration, Customizing, testing, and validation activities.
- Analysis of business requirements and identification of optimization potential.
- Support projects from conception through implementation.
- Preparation of clear and concise documentation such as business requirements and functional specifications.
Requirements
- Completed degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in transport, plant, warehouse or intralogistics.
- Solid understanding of material flows and returnable packaging processes.
- IT affinity and ideally experience as an IT application administrator/support.
- Knowledge of project management.
- Very good German and English skills.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility.
