About the role
- Participate in the planning, development and implementation of construction projects
- Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders
- Develop concepts for production facilities or office buildings
- Supervise and coordinate external contractors
- Design modifications to existing buildings
- Prepare project specifications and budgets
- Manage warranty and guarantees
- Coordinate damage or defect handling as part of building maintenance
- Maintain building documentation
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or qualification as a construction draughtsperson
- At least two years of experience as a site manager or construction project manager
- Strong project management skills
- Good CAD skills
- Well-established network within the construction industry
- Interest in all areas of construction
- Business-fluent German
- Willingness to travel regularly to Freising (near Munich)
