About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive AI adoption within the Operations team
- Map & Diagnose internal team workflows and identify opportunities for AI
- Contribute to the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions
- Help bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams
- Document processes and contribute to internal playbooks
Requirements
What you’ll need- First hands-on experience building agents and agentic orchestration systems
- Problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to collaborate and train non-technical people
- Eager to learn, iterate and grow in a fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with Python and/or SQL (preferred)
- Exposure to Operations workflows (preferred)
