Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA
Unlocking The Spectrum LLCBoard Certified Behavior Analysts working as remote consultants for Unlocking The Spectrum. Conducting assessments, providing supervision, and delivering telehealth services to families in Texas.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs working directly with clients.
- Deliver direct telehealth and in-home BCBA services as clinically appropriate.
- Train caregivers and collaborate with families to promote generalization of skills.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to all professional and ethical guidelines set by the BACB.
- Coordinate with internal staff to ensure quality service delivery and clinical integrity.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Texas-based, residing within 75 miles of Nacogdoches, Kaufman, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Terrell, or Longview.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel for in-home visits as needed.
- Access to a secure and private home office environment for telehealth sessions.
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Must pass background check and meet any additional state requirements.
- Professional liability insurance (required for independent contractors).
- Experience working in home-based or telehealth ABA services preferred.
