About the role
- Assist in building and rolling out marketing campaigns across social, email, and webinars.
- Write, edit, and format marketing content, including: Social media posts, Email newsletters and campaign emails, Blog drafts or supporting written content.
- Build and send newsletters and campaign emails in HubSpot.
- Create, format, and schedule social media content (primarily LinkedIn).
- Help run webinars, including setup, reminders, live support, and post-event follow-up.
- Create and update marketing assets such as one-pagers, slide decks, visuals, and campaign materials.
- Maintain content and campaign calendars to keep launches on track.
- Manage light HubSpot updates to support campaigns (emails, lists, landing pages).
- Track basic performance metrics and summarize results.
- Keep marketing files, templates, and asset libraries organized and up to date.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content-related roles.
- Demonstrated experience writing marketing content (social posts, newsletters, blogs, or similar).
- Hands-on experience producing and scheduling email newsletters.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar marketing tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience creating marketing assets using tools like Canva, Google Slides, or PowerPoint.
