About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Involves both inpatient and outpatient clinical care at the University of Minnesota Medical Center-Fairview.
Staffing the inpatient Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (HSCT) and Solid Organ Transplant (SOT) Infectious Diseases consult services.
Seeing outpatients referred to the Transplant Infectious Diseases clinic.
Educational responsibilities will include teaching students and residents who rotate on the infectious diseases consult service and may include staffing the infectious diseases fellows' clinic.
Opportunity to establish and/or collaborate on clinical research studies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Medical (eg, DO, MD, MBBS, etc) degree.
Board eligibility or board certification in Internal Medicine.
Completed fellowship training (or equivalent) in Infectious Diseases.
Ability to receive work authorization in the United States from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
