About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate complex clinical scheduling across inpatient services, transplant and hepatology clinics, outreach sites, and provider availability.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and communications.
  • Plan and execute events and educational programming, including webinars, meetings, and faculty recruitment visits.
  • Manage travel logistics and expense processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with policies.
  • Support procurement activities and financial tracking, including purchasing and budget coordination for events and operations.
  • Coordinate provider credentialing and licensure processes, ensuring timely completion and regulatory compliance.
  • Serve as a key point of contact, building strong relationships with faculty, staff, trainees, and external partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Intermediate Level: Bachelor’s degree in business or directly related field from an accredited institution. One (1) year of professional level experience in an administrative or program support setting.
  • Senior Level: Bachelor’s degree in business or directly related field from an accredited institution. Two (2) years of professional level experience in an administrative or program support setting.
  • A combination of education and related technical/military/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree on a year for year basis.
  • Preferred: Three (3) or more years of experience providing administrative and/or business support in an academic, healthcare, hospital, medical, and/or University environment.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally. Outstanding customer service skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
