Open Rank Business Operations Lead – Business Operations Program Manager
University of ColoradoOperations Administrator role focusing on division operations and reporting to the Division Administrator at CU Anschutz Medical Campus. Managing key responsibilities including space management, process improvement, and strategic planning.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The role will report to the Division Administrator (DA) and work closely with the DA, Division Head, and other divisional leadership as needed for the operations needs of the Division.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, business, public administration, health care, educational technology, social science, liberal arts, communications, accounting, finance, library science, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
- Principal Professional Level: Three (3) years of professional experience in business operations.
- Program Manager: Four (4) years of professional experience in business operations.
- A combination of education and related technical/military/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree on a year for year basis.
- Five (5) years of administrative experience in healthcare or university setting preferred.
- Experience creating, obtaining approval and monitoring budgets preferred.
- Experience managing operations for a university division preferred.
- Experience providing administrative and technical assistance to faculty and staff within a higher education and/or medical education environment preferred.
- Experience with university systems (e.g. Concur, Archibus, Webspace, HCM) preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.
- Outstanding customer service skills preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with high level administration.
