About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leading and supporting departmental consultation, projects, research, and trend analysis related to the Campus Services units.
Supporting the advancement of strategic planning initiatives and other projects as assigned.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including campus partners, on projects integral to success.
Providing discovery, analysis, planning, change management, and management of specific initiatives and projects from initiation to completion.
Providing executive leadership support to the Campus Services Senior Leadership Group.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or management or equivalent experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem identification and resolution abilities.
Demonstrated ability of leading and managing medium to large scale projects in large / complex environments.
Experience leading business operations process and technology change within a complex environment.
Experience in Business Analysis, process / continuous improvement, and solution implementations.
Proven experience of navigating operations in a higher education / public environment.
Knowledge and experience of customer service standards and procedures.
