About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Designing, implementing, and refining assessment systems (CBAS, one45) for competency-based evaluation.
  • Leading data analysis, reporting, and quality assurance to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with faculty, program leadership, competency committees, and national partners to advance educational initiatives.
  • Managing multi-site coordination in a complex, distributed training environment.
  • Collecting and analyzing assessment and evaluation data, preparing statistical reports and recommendations, and tracking rotation/academic feedback.
  • Overseeing preceptor and rotation feedback, identifying concerns, and escalating to program leadership.
  • Partnering with PGME, CFPC, and national programs, maintaining documentation and websites, and developing assessment resources.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Health Sciences, Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in evaluation, research, program coordination, or medical education.
  • Direct experience with assessment/LMS platforms (one45, CBAS, or similar)—strongly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel for data management) and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sites).
  • Expertise in database management, report generation, and data interpretation to drive decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting (quantitative/qualitative).
  • Proven track record supporting complex projects, committees, or programs in healthcare or academic settings.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Outstanding organizational and project coordination skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sharp analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills to support data-driven improvements.
