Collaborates with pharmacy directors, managers, supervisors, clinical pharmacists, and pharmacists responsible for accreditation and compliance decisions.
Participates in the development of policies and procedures related to applicable pharmacy accreditation standards and compliance with federal and state rules and regulations.
Oversees pharmacy compliance with all USP chapters and other applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
Functions with a high degree of autonomy and subject to quality of service measurements.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Associate's Degree (Required)
3+ years Experience in healthcare (Required)
Demonstrated relationship management expertise.
Experienced with quality and safety projects.
Strong PC skills including demonstrated expertise in MS Excel/PPT/Project Management software.
Demonstrated ability to manage large projects ensuring program compliance.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team environment working towards common goals with internal and external clients.
Proven relationship management expertise.
Demonstrated solid strategic thinking skills.
The ability to problem solve and identify possible consequences of ideas, thoughts and actions.
Ability to develop and execute a classroom curriculum.
Demonstrated skills in written and oral communications at all organizational levels.
Proven ability to manage complex personnel situations.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) (Required Upon Hire).
