About the role
- Collaborates with pharmacy directors, managers, supervisors, clinical pharmacists, and pharmacists responsible for accreditation and compliance decisions.
- Participates in the development of policies and procedures related to applicable pharmacy accreditation standards and compliance with federal and state rules and regulations.
- Oversees pharmacy compliance with all USP chapters and other applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
- Functions with a high degree of autonomy and subject to quality of service measurements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree (Required)
- 3+ years Experience in healthcare (Required)
- Demonstrated relationship management expertise.
- Experienced with quality and safety projects.
- Strong PC skills including demonstrated expertise in MS Excel/PPT/Project Management software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large projects ensuring program compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team environment working towards common goals with internal and external clients.
- Proven relationship management expertise.
- Demonstrated solid strategic thinking skills.
- The ability to problem solve and identify possible consequences of ideas, thoughts and actions.
- Ability to develop and execute a classroom curriculum.
- Demonstrated skills in written and oral communications at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to manage complex personnel situations.
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) (Required Upon Hire).
