About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for radiology services across all system hospitals, ambulatory centers, and free-standing emergency departments.
Maintain active clinical practice, delivering high-quality diagnostic interpretations within the system-owned group's standard clinical workflow.
Serve as the clinical backstop, rapidly stepping into the reading rotation to cover unexpected physician callouts, sudden volume surges, or critical staffing shortages.
Coordinate emergency triage schedules across both system-employed and independent contracted groups to ensure zero disruption to emergency department or inpatient imaging services.
Manage independent physician contracts, serving as the primary administrator holding external private practice radiology groups accountable to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidate must have a MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for state medical license in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Ohio.
Successful candidate must have completed a Radiology Residency program and be board certified/eligible in Radiology.
Previous leadership experience is a plus.
