About the role

  • Handling inquiries from prospective candidates, applicants, schools and cooperation partners
  • Maintaining data in applicant management and information systems
  • Coordination of appointments and deadlines and general office organization for the Apprenticeship Marketing team
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Joint representation of the University Hospital, e.g., at fairs and exhibitions (including evening events)
  • Supporting the design, preparation and execution of various events
  • Assisting with application management and the selection process for prospective trainees

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training with initial experience in marketing, (personnel) management and/or communications
  • Strong team spirit, communication skills and creative thinking
  • Independent, responsible and solution-oriented working style
  • Enjoyment of working with young people
  • Confident use of MS Office and modern conferencing technology
