About the role

  • Provide business management consulting and support to various clinics, institutes and departments
  • Serve as the main contact for clinic and institute management regarding performance reporting and cost development
  • Establish, maintain and further develop a continuous communication structure
  • Perform initial and follow-up cost calculations for medical services, including preparation for remuneration negotiations
  • Participate in various clinical and business management projects and support project work with KPIs and cost-effectiveness analyses
  • Prepare business plans for planned investment projects
  • Provide business management support to responsible departments in procurement processes and cooperation initiatives
  • Undertake overarching activities to further develop the entire corporate planning and controlling division

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business administration or economics (Master's level preferred) with a focus on health economics or a comparable qualification
  • Knowledge of hospital-specific processes desirable
  • Strong strategic-analytical mindset regarding professional and economic criteria
  • High level of communication skills and social competence
  • Above-average commitment, time flexibility to meet deadlines, and a goal-oriented, structured and independent working style
  • Strong willingness to independently master complex topics and issues
