About the role
- Extraction of data from clinical source systems

Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Medical Informatics, Data Science, Health Informatics, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Initial experience extracting/analyzing data from clinical or health-related source systems
- Experience in data analysis and preprocessing, preferably with R or Python
- Familiarity with research data, pseudonymization, and anonymization of patient data
- Team player with effective communication skills in interdisciplinary teams
- Experience with agile project management is desirable
