About the role

  • Primary responsibility for conducting and analyzing experiments within various research projects, focusing on medical-informatics-based movement analysis and the neuroscientific analysis of electrophysiological brain activity
  • Development and validation of AI-supported prediction and classification models
  • Participation in academic teaching

Requirements

  • An outstandingly completed Master's degree or a completed PhD in Computer Science with a focus on Bioinformatics, Medical Informatics, or Signal Analysis
  • Excellent programming skills in C++, Java, Python, or similar languages
  • Strong expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning
  • A pronounced interest in the application of medical informatics
  • Very good communication skills in German or English, and a high degree of independence and initiative to develop and implement original ideas and concepts in a structured manner
