About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support for our IT team across various areas
Contribute to the development of our modern endpoint environments (Windows, Mac, iOS)
Shape the operation of our Microsoft 365 environment
Operate and develop our Hyper-V clusters and Windows Server environments
Participate in the continuous improvement of our backup and recovery strategies
Design our network environments
Operate and manage monitoring for our IT infrastructure

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in one or more of the following areas: Modern Workplace, Microsoft 365 cloud services, infrastructure & virtualization, backup & recovery, networking, monitoring & incident response
Nice to have: Intune, Autopilot, Jamf, Defender XDR, Veeam, Hyper-V & PRTG
Completed IT training or an equivalent qualification
Independent, structured working style and the motivation to actively shape projects
