About the role

  • Together with our teams, you will advise clients on developing, implementing and embedding appropriate cyber security strategies.
  • You will support transformation efforts and thereby contribute to sustainable, robust security programs.
  • Together with our consulting teams, develop roadmaps and concepts for corporate and mid-market clients to optimize their security — aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements and market conditions.
  • Support gap analyses, assess maturity levels and derive tailored cyber security strategies.
  • Create engaging training modules and interactive exercise environments.
  • Help ensure cyber strategies are anchored within organizations.
  • Design management systems for a risk-based security organization to effectively protect against cyber threats.
  • Work closely with clients and their service providers, share your expertise in trainings and presentations as well as internally, and help develop our client relationships.
  • Lead and take responsibility for complex projects to introduce and optimize cyber security initiatives.

Requirements

  • (Junior: initial) experience with cyber security projects and exposure to project, process, transformation and architecture management.
  • Technology affinity, with first contacts with AI and its potential uses in a consulting context.
  • Basic commercial knowledge of fundamental business contexts in projects and organizations.
  • Knowledge or experience with standards and frameworks, e.g., NIS-2, DORA or KRITIS.
  • Clear and concise communication and presentation skills in German (at least C1) and English (at least B2).
  • Successfully completed above-average degree in (business) computer science or a related technical or business field.
  • Analytical skills, a drive to shape solutions and strong execution capability.
  • Curiosity, motivation and an entrepreneurial mindset to independently advance topics.
