About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and oversee a team of Remote Technicians across multiple states, ensuring peak performance in a mobile, non-traditional environment.
Monitor fleet health, vehicle safety compliance, and inventory management for all mobile units within the district.
Manage the district P&L, optimize labor costs, monitor fuel/maintenance expenses, and calculate monthly performance-based bonuses.
Conduct virtual and in-person bimonthly sales meetings.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with senior leadership to report on the health and growth of the Remote Technician program.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience managing a mobile or distributed workforce (e.g., logistics, home services, or field tech industries).
Ability to manage a complex P&L across multiple states and disparate locations.
Familiarity with fleet management, safety protocols, and territory optimization.
Exceptional ability to build culture and maintain high morale among employees who do not work in a traditional office/store setting.
The ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth 'Remote' environment.
Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
