About the role
- Support the management of land assets and regulatory compliance by maintaining accurate land records
- Analyzing lease and title documents
- Tracking financial and contractual obligations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with agreements
- Assist with due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures
- Prepare routine land reports and ownership summaries
- Support well permitting and operational land requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years in Land Administration, Lease Analyst, or other Land-related positions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Word and Excel
- Skilled in computer functions, proficient in creating and generating computer reports related to Lease Records
- Valid driver’s license
- Membership with the American Association of Professional Landman (AAPL) preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience in energy, mining, infrastructure, or similarly regulated industries strongly preferred
