About the role
- Deliver expert legal services in estate planning, business formation, asset protection, and Medicaid or special needs planning
- Review client intake data and documents gathered and verified by the company's team
- Conduct thorough consultations and provide accurate, personalized legal advice
- Partner with in-house support staff to ensure a smooth, turnkey client experience
- Use provided practice-ready systems and back-office support to streamline delivery and maximize billable hours
- Set availability and integrate caseload with existing practice; manage part-time or full-time workload
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar license(s) in good standing in the state(s) where you intend to practice
- Applicants must be actively licensed and in good standing in the state(s) where they are applying to along with expertise in Estate/Trust Planning
- Minimum 3 years’ experience practicing estate planning or related legal fields
- Medicaid asset protection and special needs planning experience is required
- Ability to independently onboard and manage clients
- Multi-state licensure or reciprocity is strongly preferred
