About the role
- Make outbound calls to warm leads and set appointments for outside sales team
- Connect retirees with knowledgeable outside sales representatives
- Follow scripts while thinking on your feet to overcome objections
- Collaborate with outside sales team and internal staff
- Attend comprehensive training and use provided tools and systems
- Work on-site from Bradenton office during scheduled shifts (part-time or full-time)
Requirements
- 1+ year call center experience (outbound preferred)
- Top-notch work ethic and positive energy
- Clear, friendly, professional phone voice
- Ability to follow scripts AND think on your feet to overcome objections
- Team player who can also thrive independently
- Passion for helping people — especially retirees
