About the role
- Provide legal services related to estate planning, business formation, and asset protection for referred clients.
- Deliver expert legal guidance that empowers clients to protect their assets and secure their legacies.
- Collaborate with our support team to ensure an efficient, client-centered legal process.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active admission to the State Bar and in good standing.
- 3+ years of experience in estate planning, business formation, or asset protection.
- Familiarity with special needs and Medicaid planning (highly preferred).
- An established private practice (or the ability to integrate this role with your existing work).
- Reciprocity with neighboring states (a plus).
