About the role
- Conduct in-home, kitchen table presentations to educate and enroll new clients
- Leverage pre-set, pre-qualified leads to develop your book of business
- Build genuine relationships and walk clients step-by-step through a critical decision process
- Focus on one-call closes and delivering value
- Build your business within a protected 80-mile territory
- Use company-provided CRM, materials and administrative support
- Complete remote reporting and follow company processes
- Hit sales targets and qualify for uncapped commissions and bonuses
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ proven success in outside/direct-to-consumer/in-home sales
- Only experienced outside sales experts with a proven track record
- Exceptional closing and follow-through skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and time management abilities
- Tech savvy; familiar with CRM systems and remote reporting
- Reliable transportation and willingness to meet clients face-to-face
- Must reside in the state of application
