About the role

  • Conduct engaging sales presentations to prospective clients in their homes
  • Attract new business and close sales of estate-planning products
  • Use company-provided qualified leads rather than cold calling
  • Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and sales activity
  • Follow up with prospects and manage relationships to drive conversions
  • Travel within a protected 80-mile radius to meet clients for in-home appointments
  • Participate in comprehensive training and ongoing coaching provided by the company
  • Coordinate with administrative support and use provided sales materials

Requirements

  • Must have a min. of 2 years in Successful Outside/In Home sales to be considered
  • 4+ years of outside or direct-to-consumer sales experience
  • Strong closing skills and follow-through
  • Excellent communication & relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Familiarity with computers and previous experience utilizing a CRM system
  • Reliable transportation for in-home appointments
  • Must live in the State you are applying for
