About the role

  • Provide expert legal counsel in estate planning, trusts, wills, business formations, and related matters
  • Draft, review, and oversee execution of estate planning and business formation documents
  • Meet clients virtually or via telephone to identify their needs and design tailored legal solutions
  • Stay current on relevant legal developments and regulations
  • Integrate estate planning work into existing practice while leveraging full back-office support
  • Receive no-cost, weekly client introductions and direct weekly payments

Requirements

  • Active Tennessee State Bar membership & in good standing (additional admissions a plus)
  • Residency in Tennessee required
  • Private practice and minimum 3 years’ estate plan drafting experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Business formation experience preferred
  • Knowledge in special needs planning, real estate, elder law, taxation, or asset protection advantageous
  • Strong communication skills & comfort with virtual consultations
  • Bilingual skills a plus
