Requirements
- Must hold active licenses in all states in which they wish to practice
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active State Bar admission in good standing (required)
- 3+ years in estate planning, business formation, or asset protection
- Experience in special needs and/or Medicaid planning strongly preferred
- Established private practice or ability to incorporate this partnership
- Multi-state licensure a plus
- Comfortable meeting clients in person and remotely
