About the role
- Join national attorney network connecting attorneys with clients seeking estate planning and business formation
- Receive pre-qualified client introductions—no prospecting or marketing investments required
- Full administrative support including document preparation, deed retrieval, scheduling, and intake
- Use efficient technological systems to streamline client service and management
- Provide legal counsel on estate planning, business formation, LLC and corporation setup, and asset protection strategies
- Guide clients through Medicaid planning and special needs trusts
- Meet clients virtually, telephonically, or in-person based on capacity and preference
- Operate as independent practitioner supported by the network's admin team
Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active State Bar membership (good standing) in all states you wish to serve
- 3+ years in estate planning, business formation, or asset protection
- Demonstrated proficiency with Medicaid planning, special needs trusts, and related strategies (preferred)
- Independent private practice or capacity to incorporate this role
- Multi-state licensure/reciprocity (advantageous)
- Willingness to meet qualified clients in person or virtually
- Excellent client communication skills and technology comfort
