Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school
- State Bar admission and good standing
- 3–5+ years’ experience in estate planning, business formation, or related areas
- Resides in state in which licensed to practice law
- Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable
- Medicaid planning experience and state reciprocity are pluses
- Maintains an existing private practice
