• Design, build, and maintain robust data solutions and infrastructure leveraging the Foundry platform.
• Work on cutting-edge data and AI topics to solve real-world client business problems.
• Develop, deploy, and troubleshoot complex data pipelines and processing systems using open-source and closed-source technologies, with a strong focus on Foundry.
• Drive optimization, testing, and tooling to ensure exceptional data quality.
• Collaborate with software engineers, ML experts, and stakeholders in a cross-functional agile environment.
• Work in multi-functional agile teams to continuously experiment, iterate and deliver on new product objectives.

Foundry Engineer

Marketing

• Execute on the digital GTM Strategy for various markets
• Create and coordinate content for our external channels (blog/Linkedin) in collaboration with our branding agency and internal contributors
• Leverage and distribute the created content in multiple formats (including blog posts articles, website, videos, whitepapers)
• Build and co-manage Unit8 marketing content library
• Help to plan business and HR branding communication: running campaigns/posts/webinars/ads
• Be involved in planning and execution of in-person events, both sponsored by and owned by Unit8
• Create your own professional path with flexibility to grow into desired streams

Marketing Specialist, Junior/Mid

AI Engineer

• Design, propose, and document Azure-based Data & GenAI architectures, including integration patterns (APIs, data flows), security controls, and operational models.
• Build prototypes/PoCs (RAG pipelines, Document Intelligence flows) and support productionization with client/cloud teams.
• Lead/participate in security & compliance processes (threat modeling, data protection considerations, access patterns), and steer architecture board and procurement discussions.
• Collaborate on delivery: plan work, review code/infra, guide engineers, and ensure solutions are reliable, observable, and cost-aware.
• Run client workshops to refine requirements, align stakeholders, and drive adoption; work with clients on-site in Zurich as needed.
