About the role

  • Shape Unit8’s GenAI strategy, design cutting-edge solutions, and drive business growth.
  • Lead technical architecture for GenAI solutions, owning major cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and leveraging IaC (Bicep, Terraform) for scalable deployments.
  • Design and implement LLM-based solutions, including RAG pipelines and domain-specific adaptations, and develop production-grade software (Python).
  • Participate actively in BD and pre-sales as a trusted technical advisor: pitch use cases, estimate timelines/resources, and deliver GenAI demos.
  • Create and contribute hands-on to demos, reusable assets, and internal GenAI accelerators; guide and coordinate internal teams.
  • Continuously monitor GenAI trends and advise on practical, impactful applications.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in cloud architecture, mastery of a major provider (Azure preferred).
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep, Terraform).
  • Proven experience with LLM-based solutions from proof-of-concept to deployment.
  • Experience designing and implementing RAG pipelines and domain-specific LLM adaptations.
  • Production-grade software development experience in Python.
  • Frontend experience is a plus.
  • Ability to continuously scan the GenAI landscape and identify emerging trends.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to adapt messaging for technical and business audiences.
  • Experience in pre-sales / solution architecture or consulting; ability to influence at CxO level.
  • Pro-active mindset.
