About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • End to end responsibility for customer acquisition from lead generation to deal signature.
  • Actively execute on Unit8’s GTM to win new customers and projects.
  • Consult prospects and new clients on Data & AI challenges and needs.
  • Contribute to business development through industry conferences and events.
  • Help customers leverage Data & AI technology advancements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-8 years in IT consulting or services, 3-5 years in sales & business development in the financial sector.
  • Self-driven with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Comfortable translating complex tech into business value.
  • Drive for sales in a high-growth environment.
  • Great communicator, fluent in English and German (mandatory). French is a bonus.
  • Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
