About the role
- End to end responsibility for customer acquisition from lead generation to deal signature
- Actively execute on Unit8’s GTM to the Swiss customers to win new customers and projects
- Consult our prospects and new clients on their challenges and needs related to Data & AI
- Contribute to broader business development by preparing and participating in industry conferences, communities, workshops and events
- Help our customers leverage Data & AI (including GenAI) technology advancements
Requirements
- 5-8 years in IT consulting or services
- 3-5 years focused on sales and business development
- Self-driven with a "can-do" attitude
- Translating complex tech into business value
- Drive for sales in a high-growth environment
- Great communicator, fluent in English and French (mandatory), German a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
