About the role

  • End to end responsibility for customer acquisition from lead generation to deal signature
  • Actively execute on Unit8’s GTM to the Swiss customers to win new customers and projects
  • Consult our prospects and new clients on their challenges and needs related to Data & AI
  • Contribute to broader business development by preparing and participating in industry conferences, communities, workshops and events
  • Help our customers leverage Data & AI (including GenAI) technology advancements

Requirements

  • 5-8 years in IT consulting or services
  • 3-5 years focused on sales and business development
  • Self-driven with a "can-do" attitude
  • Translating complex tech into business value
  • Drive for sales in a high-growth environment
  • Great communicator, fluent in English and French (mandatory), German a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
