About the role
- Play a crucial part in Unit8's expansion by identifying, recruiting, and securing top talent in the US market.
- Work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver hiring plans.
- Prioritize candidate experience, streamline processes, and enhance Unit8's reputation as a preferred employer.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting across diverse functions, including Data and AI, BD, OPS, and more.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
- Partner with hiring teams to develop sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and execute hiring plans.
- Ensure a seamless recruitment process and provide interview training to the business.
- Create a positive candidate experience from initial contact through successful onboarding.
- Deliver on hiring goals, measure outcomes, and implement continuous improvements.
- Engage in negotiations with candidates to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as offer letter and contract preparation, scheduling interviews, organizing onboarding activities, and maintaining accurate data in our HR systems.
Requirements
- An experienced Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, ideally with a focus on Data & AI roles. Experience in recruiting within the US market is highly desirable.
- Skilled in market mapping, sourcing and directly engaging with candidates, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building.
- Proficient in establishing and nurturing relationships with leaders, fostering collaboration and alignment.
- Experienced in spearheading and contributing to global recruiting initiatives, demonstrating a strategic approach to talent acquisition.
- Highly organized and capable of working independently, managing multiple priorities with ease.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with American candidates and stakeholders.
- A versatile team player who understands the value of collaboration, especially in a small company where you may be required to wear different hats and adapt to various roles and responsibilities.
- Willing to collaborate on B2B contract.
- Comfortable and ready to work in the afternoon to align with US time zones (e.g. 10:00-18:00 / 11:00-19:00).
