About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Co-deliver Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training
- Online sessions delivered from home
- Face-to-face sessions within around 1 hour of your home (optional)
- Share personal experiences in a safe, structured, and positive way
- Help health and social care staff understand good care and communication
- Work closely with another trainer to deliver engaging and inclusive sessions

Requirements
What you’ll need- Has a learning disability and experiences they feel comfortable sharing
- Passionate about improving understanding and respect
- Confident speaking to groups or willing to build confidence
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
- Open to learning and personal development
- Ability to travel locally if choosing to deliver face-to-face sessions
