About the role
- Answer phone calls and/or live chat contacts from patrons of public libraries across North America
- Efficiently handle phone based patron inquiries from home
- Collaborate in an energetic, team-oriented environment focusing on customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Excellent use of the English language
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) highly preferred - $1 additional per hour
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- At least 6 months phone based customer service experience
- Excellent keyboarding and computer skills
- At least two years post high school education is highly desired
- Must have reliable, high speed internet connection
