About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Meet and exceed sales goals
  • Maintain brand and operational standards, including visual presentation and cleanliness
  • Proactively manage customer needs and exceed expectations using UNIQLO service standards and Fundamental Principles
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide in-depth product and brand information
  • Support fitting room standards and assist when needed
  • Act as cashier by following cashier protocol
  • Process shipments and ensure merchandise is fully represented on the sales floor in a full size run
  • Assist management in identifying and resolving store issues
  • Follow company policies and procedures and notify management of infractions
  • Assist with special projects assigned by management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts, including discounts and percentages
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to read computer terminals
  • Ability to push, pull, or move objects weighing at least 25 pounds
  • Ability to maneuver effectively around the sales floor and stockroom through repetitive bending, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
  • High School Diploma or GED or 6 months of retail or related experience
  • Average 12 or more hours per week based on business seasonality
  • Availability for at least 2 weeknights from 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM
  • Availability all day Saturday and Sunday
  • Availability to work from August to December 2026
  • Availability on specified Black Friday and holiday restricted dates
