About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and provide the Executive Board with analytical information in the healthcare area, including People Management, Legal and Strategy data
Support the team through data collection and periodic studies
Support decision-making within the scope of Central Nacional Unimed
Perform analyses of area indicators, validating data and delivering reports within deadlines
Create strategic indicators for operational areas to monitor processes and generate action plans
Prepare presentations, reports, pivot tables, formulas and charts
Conduct studies with team members and propose ideas and solutions
Generate routine and on-demand indicators
Develop management reports and routine dashboards, according to guidance and demand
Validate information to ensure data accuracy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, or related fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of BI tools and Tableau is desirable
