Junior Legal Analyst – Temporary

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide legal assistance and support in low-complexity administrative defenses under the supervision of the immediate superior.
- Assist external counsel by providing information that supports the Company’s defense strategies.
- Enter and maintain the case registry in the internal system in an organized manner.
- Provide monthly reporting and control of provision records.
- Request and carry out external services (filings, various diligences).
- Generate periodic reports.
- Act as the company’s representative (preposto) at hearings for administrative proceedings, when required.
- Comply with internal regulations, the requirements of quality management systems, ANS regulations, and the health, hygiene and occupational safety standards and procedures relevant to the department, including the use of PPE/EPC (Personal Protective Equipment/Collective Protection Equipment) when the activity requires it.
- Perform other duties inherent to the role or assigned by the immediate superior, provided the employee is qualified and the tasks match their knowledge and experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed university degree in Law.
