Senior Compensation Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement the compensation strategy by analyzing market trends and aligning with strategic objectives to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
- Lead projects to review and implement compensation policies, coordinating teams and resources to ensure effective execution and achievement of objectives.
- Implement and ensure compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs), interpreting CBA clauses and adjusting internal policies to ensure legal compliance and avoid labor liabilities.
- Provide strategic advisory to senior leadership, presenting analyses and recommendations to support critical business decisions.
- Conduct benchmarking of compensation practices to keep the company up to date with best practices.
- Perform cost analyses of compensation policies using financial models, ensuring the financial viability of the policies.
- Implement compensation governance practices by establishing clear policies and procedures to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Effectively communicate compensation policies across all levels of the organization by developing communication materials and conducting information sessions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization in People Management, Finance, or related areas.
- Advanced Excel.
