Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic technical support to procurement and credentialing departments
Assist in contracting and negotiating with healthcare partners
Monitor volumes and need for diagnostic tests
Audit hospitalization procedures and ICU length of stay
Produce critical reports for hospital cost control
Conduct technical site visits to identify gaps and propose corrective actions
Analyze health profiles of new clients and pre-existing conditions
Conduct technical assessments during new sales processes
Lead and guide the nursing team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Medical degree (registration with the Regional Medical Council - CRM)
Postgraduate degree in health services management
Knowledge of healthcare service costs for health plan operators
