About the role

  • Define and evolve Business Architecture aligned with the corporate strategy.
  • Map business capabilities and value streams, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Understand and translate business area requests into user stories and requirements.
  • Conduct elicitation, analysis and documentation of needs together with stakeholders.
  • Support initiative prioritization and alignment between business objectives and solutions.
  • Use enterprise architecture frameworks and tools to ensure governance and traceability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong experience as a Business Architecture Analyst.
  • Practical knowledge of TOGAF and enterprise architecture concepts.
  • Experience with architecture management tools.
  • Experience mapping capabilities, value streams and analyzing processes.
  • Experience eliciting requirements, writing user stories and interacting with business areas.
  • Knowledge of systems and processes in administrative areas such as Finance, Legal, Facilities Management and Controllership.
