About the role

  • Provide legal assistance and support in low-complexity administrative defenses under the supervision of the immediate supervisor.
  • Assist external counsel by providing information to support the Company's defense.
  • Populate and maintain the case registry in the internal system.
  • Provide monthly control/reporting of provision records.
  • Request and execute external services (filings, various diligences).
  • Generate periodic reports.
  • Act as the Company's representative (preposto) at administrative hearings when required.
  • Comply with internal regulations, the requirements of quality management systems, and ANS regulations, as well as sector-specific occupational health, hygiene and safety standards and procedures, including the use of PPE/CPE (Personal Protective Equipment / Collective Protective Equipment) when required by the activity.
  • Perform other duties inherent to the position or assigned by the immediate supervisor, provided the employee is qualified and the duties are consistent with their knowledge and experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law.
