About the role
- Perform data entry, maintenance, and adjustments in the MV Soul system, ensuring the integrity of clinical and administrative information.
- Participate in creating, populating, and monitoring performance indicators and OKRs, providing inputs to support management decision-making.
- Prepare internal controls and administrative and financial reports, ensuring data accuracy and document organization using specialized software.
- Provide direct support to physicians and secretaries in organizing the surgical patient journey, optimizing workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
- Schedule appointments, exams, and infusions via in-person service, telephone, or back-office tools (WhatsApp Business).
- Deliver compassionate service to patients and companions, providing institutional information, guidance on procedures and flows, and assistance in obtaining signatures on official documents.
- Manage the flow of correspondence, emails, and messages promptly and in an organized manner, ensuring efficient internal and external communication.
- Carry out additional administrative tasks as requested by management, aiming to maintain process harmony and the full operation of the hospital unit.
- Control and manage the use of resources, minimizing losses and reporting any irregularities in processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma (completed)
- Preferably currently pursuing a college/university degree
