About the role
- Enter, maintain and adjust data in the MV Soul system, ensuring the integrity of clinical and administrative information.
- Assist in creating, populating and monitoring performance indicators and OKRs, providing input to support managerial decision-making.
- Prepare internal controls, administrative and financial reports, ensuring data accuracy and organized documentation using specialized software.
- Provide direct support to physicians and secretaries in organizing the surgical patient journey, optimizing workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
- Schedule appointments, exams and infusions through in-person service, telephone or back-office tools (WhatsApp Business).
- Deliver compassionate service to patients and companions, providing institutional information, process guidance and assistance with collecting signatures on official documents.
- Manage the flow of mail, emails and messages promptly and in an organized manner, ensuring efficient internal and external communication.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as requested by management, aiming for process harmony and the smooth operation of the hospital unit.
- Control and manage resource usage, minimizing losses and reporting any irregularities in processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma completed
- Preferably currently enrolled in higher education
